About the Role

We’re looking for a systems-driven, hands-on Business Operations Specialist to lead improvements in our PeopleOps infrastructure. This role will be key to mapping, automating, and optimizing processes that shape the experience of applicants, Teem Members, recruiters, and internal teams.

You’ll own and evolve the systems behind our ATS, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and other key workflows, ensuring they’re efficient, connected, and scalable. From automation design to implementation and enablement, your work will directly impact the day-to-day productivity and experience across our Talent Acquisition and PeopleOps ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  • Map and optimize PeopleOps processes, including onboarding, offboarding, hiring, payroll, and internal workflows between TA, Success, and Enterprise teams

  • Implement and maintain automations to reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency

  • Manage systems integrations, connecting platforms such as Fountain (ATS), Deel, Stripe, Slack, Notion, Calendly, HubSpot, and others

  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies through analysis and stakeholder interviews, designing solutions with scalability in mind

  • Build and maintain documentation that ensures visibility, usability, and adoption across teams

  • Collaborate closely with PeopleOps, Talent Acquisition, Success and Enterprise teams to ensure operational alignment

  • Ensure a seamless experience for applicants and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring and onboarding lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Fountain, Greenhouse, Workable)

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar low-code/no-code automation tools

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Stripe, Deel, Asana, Microsoft 365, Calendly, and Teams integrations

  • Comfort with API logic and system architecture (you don’t need to code, but should understand how things connect)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to turn operational chaos into structured flows

  • Ability to communicate clearly and document processes for multiple stakeholders

  • Fluent English (written and verbal)

  • Bonus: experience in PeopleOps, BizOps, or SaaS/tech environments
