- Doctor’s EMR: Therapy Notes
Requirnments:
- Prior Experience with Front Desk duties, answering patient calls.
- Prior Experience with Handle Calls
- Prior Experience with Schedule appointments
- Prior Experience with Prior Authorizations
- Prior Experience with Eligibility verifications
- Prior Experience with Medical Billing
- Prior Experience with Claims, Denials, AR, Follow Ups
- Proven experience in front desk duties within US Healthcare system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
